Before you continue ensure that your device is operating the latest firmware

To use your SPA941 with the Hosted IP-PBX service we recommend that you use the remote provisioning feature that is an integral part of the device. This feature synchronizes the device with a remote configuration server ensuring the correct user settings and service settings are used.
Provisioning also allows any required changes to be applied to your phone remotely without causing interruption or requiring any intervention.
To Begin, access the phones web interface using the phones IP Address. To obtain this, press the Settings button which is below the VoiceMail button and press the '9' Key.
The phone will now display something similar to the below.
You can test this by dialing '*52' from your handset. You should be connected to the Echo Test which will also help diagnose your connection to the Call Clarity VoIP Network

- Enter the Current IP address into your browser like http://192.168.1.232
- Click 'Admin' which is located in the top right hand corner of the page
- Click 'Advanced' to the right of the 'Admin'
- Click 'Provisioning' and then configure the page as below; (Click to enlarge)

- Enter your Provisioning URL into the 'Profile Rule' field
- Click the 'Submit All Changes' button to save and reboot the phone.
