How to configure Linksys SPA941
Out of the box, the device is configured for DHCP. This means that the device will try to configure itself for your network by obtaining an IP address from your DHCP server. This should result in you being able to access the device from a network connected machine without having to manually configure it.

PLEASE NOTE: Instances have been noted where installing the SPA941 behind a firewall that blocks ICMP packets can cause problems when registration. Try turning off any ICMP blocking on your firewall.

STEP 1
You must first determine what IP address is received. To do this, on the phones dial pad, press the "page" button (Underneath the envelope) then press the '9' key which takes you into the Network Setup. You will see the Sub-option 2 is 'Current IP', this is the Phones configured IP address.

STEP 2
Go to any browser equipped computer on your network and enter the address: http://<IP ADDRESS>/
(where
<IP ADDRESS> is replaced by the address that was given to you in STEP 1).

STEP 3
Click on the "Admin Login" button near the top right corner of the screen, then click on the "Ext 1" tab once logged in as admin.
